Refund Policy
My refund policy only applies to funds paid to Billie Smith Driving Solutions and held on your behalf on account.
Funds paid to Billie Smith Driving Solutions for prepaid driving lessons to be provided by the instructor must be applied to driving lessons by you within one month of the date of your original payment to Billie Smith Driving Solutions. You acknowledge that after the expiry of this 0ne month period, you will not be entitled to a refund of any funds not applied to driving lessons or to utilise these funds for booking further driving lessons. If, at any point during this one month period you determine that you do not wish to take any more of your prepaid driving lessons, you are entitled to a refund of the balance of your funds and should allow up to five working days for it to reach the nominatied account. You acknowledge that only one refund of any paid unused funds on account is permitted and will only be repaid to the card of the original payee and is subject to £38 administration fee. A maximum of two attempts will made to refund the nominated account holder and a administrative fee will be deducted from remaining funds for attempts made thereafter. All payee pre-paid funds held on account by Billie Smith Driving Solutions that have not been used to pre-book lessons will not be eligible for refund or be transferable and the account will be closed without notification to the account holder. You acknowledge that all pre-paid funds held on account by Billie Smith are non refundable after period of 1 months of non activity on the payee’s account and will be closed thereafter.You acknowledge the instructor will wait 15mins on day of lesson at the agreed collection address to conduct the lesson and it will then be recorded as a late cancellation and the full lesson price will be charged . A minimum of 24hrs (within office hours not including weekends) to change collection or drop-off address is required or the or the original agreed address will be used by the instructor agreed at point of booking. You acknowledge intensive pre-paid course/s and all block booking packages must be cancelled 7days from receipt of full payment (cooling off period) to qualify for a full refund. A maximum of two attempts to refund to the nominated account holder will be made. Thereafter an administrative fee will be charged. Lessons booked weekly over a period of four weeks or more
, will be deemed as an intensive course. Weekend bookings are non-refundable. Any discounts or offers given by Billie Smith Driving Solutions are non refundable or transferable.
Re-scheduling policy
Billie Smith Driving Solutions reserves the right to permit pre-paid block booked driving lessons (only) to be re-scheduled twice per block booking thereafter the lesson may be subject to being charged a administrative fee not more than the lesson price where applicable.
Cancellation Policy
You must give your instructor at least 48hrs written notice, between Monday to Friday, if you wish to cancel or re-arrange a booked driving lesson (this does not apply to intensive driving courses ) and pre-paid Driving tests which are non refundable. Failure to do so will result in your instructor charging you the full amount for that driving lesson. Billie Smith Driving Solutions reserves the right not to take person/s to the driving test should the required DVSA standard not be met.
Pricing Policy
Billie Smith Driving Solutions reserves the right to amend lesson bookings, including those scheduled outside normal business operating hours, and to apply charges in relation to cancellations, including block bookings.
Driving tests or lessons requested outside of normal business operating hours may incur an additional hourly charge. Lesson prices and course fees may be reviewed and adjusted annually. Any lessons or courses already booked and confirmed prior to the price increase will be honoured at the original agreed rate. Block booking discounts apply to the first block booking per client only. Any subsequent block bookings will be charged at the standard lesson rate unless otherwise stated.
Billie Smith Driving Solutions reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotional offers and discounts at any time.
